National Institute for Legislative and Democratic Studies, NILDS, in affiliation with University of Benin, invites members of the public to the 7th Convocation of NILDS-UNIBEN Postgraduate Programmes and conferment of honourary awards.
Dignitaries expected at the event include President, Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President of the Senate, Distinguished Senator Godswill Akpabio, CON, Speaker, House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Abbas Tajudeen, Ph.D, His Royal Majesty, Tor TIV and Chancellor of University of Benin, Prof. James Lorzua Ayatse, CFR, among others.
Prizes will be given to students who have excelled in their various programmes and Honourary Awards of Fellowship will be conferred on notable Nigerian who have contributed to National development.
Special Convocation Lecture titled Improving Revenue Generation and Expenditure Management: Issues for Consideration to be delivered by Professor of Economics, University of Ibadan and President,Nigeria Economic Society, Professor Adeola Adenikinju.
